[Thinkpad] T30 Upgrading possibilites

Hi, as a user of a thinkpad T30 I would like to ask for
information/experiences with the following kinds of upgrades:
 
# Bluetooth daughtercard
 
Apparently there seems to be a daughterbard available which should fit in a
dedicated space next to the mini-pci? Does anybody
use that daughtercard. What are the experiences? Does the card share the
display-antenna used for Wlan? Can the daughterboard
be used when a mini-pci Wlan card is already in place?
 
# Graphics adapter
 
As the T30 does still have a pretty lowend graphics card (radeon 7500
mobility 16mb), are there any ways to either
* add more RAM (there are 7500-versions with 32mb) or
* exchange the graphics card for a more recent (notebook) graphics
adapter
