[Thinkpad] T40 & KVM problems

Hi,
    I have seen some discussion about this in the archive, but no
resolution.

    I have a 4 port Omni View SE-4 port PS/2 Belkin switchbox.
    3 Computers connected to it, one a T40 and other 2 linux boxes.

    Once I switch away from the T40 and switch back, it never regains mouse
control UNLESS I unplug and replug the PS/2 mouse connector. It's a big
hassle. I believe from reading the archives that this is a T30/T40 issue. I
have tried with various different mouse (Generic PS/2, Logitech, MS etc...)

    I would love to hear about it if someone comes up with a solution or a
recommendation of a switch that actually works without a unplug/replug.
