IBM at it's best. Unlike Dell or HP, who may have had you try everything
under the sun prior to issuing you a replacement.
Ask if the new one will be pre-imaged, or if you'll need system restore cd's
to re-setup the Thinkpad.
If you didn't already request those cd's, now is the time.
