Well, since you are working with a PCMCIA CDROM drive, the use of any
real-mode ATAPI driver in most recovery bootsets would be totally
inappropriate. What you need to do is to do a google search for the
DOS driver of the PCMCIA CDROM unit and then create a typical Win95 boot
disk. Then you copy the realmode driver from the PCMCIA driver onto the
disk, call it in config.sys, and then load up mscdex.exe with the /d
option based on the name of that realmode driver inside.

Well, actually, you should've left the Win95 alone and look for the
Windoes drivers for that PCMCIA CDROM drive. It's much easier to get
PCMCIA to work inside windows than inside DOS.
