The most successful upgrade path would be to sell your T20 and buy something
newer!

Consider. The processor will probably cost you approx. $150. A 20GB HD is a
waste and you shouldn't consider anything other than the 7200RPM 60GB 7K60 for
approx. $250. 256MB RAM will run you another $100 or so.

Now you're looking at ~$500 for upgrades and you'll still have a 3YO T20!

You can buy T23s on eBay for around $500, some with warranty remaining.

Sell your T20, add some cash to whatever you get and start shopping for a
replacement.

Regards,

James
