I would check the manufaturer's website and
compare, HGST has Comparing Tools there,
very well all the specs on their respective
datasheets !!

Just intuitive: I myself would choose the
bigger but slower one ;-)

Both the 60gb 7200RPM and the 80gb 5400RPM, have an 8MB buffer and 2/4
heads.
