Well I finally got my T22 and I love it. It's far more than I was
expecting! So much so, I made another bid on a T23 with the higher
resolution screen - and Won! I don't think it was as good of a deal as the
T22, but a good deal never the less. The claim was that it was rarely used.
A lesser claim was made on the one I have now, and it was near perfect -
only one tiny light smudge on the display cover. So I hope the T23 at least
matches the quality of the T22 I have now.
The T22 I have now has a warranty until 09/04 so I was able to get a restore
CD from IBM - FREE! Their service via phone has been great!
Needless to say the T22 will return to the bidding wars of EBay in a couple
weeks. I need to recover the costs of getting these 'Pads!
Again, thanks a bunch! I spent more than I wanted, but as some of you said,
it was well worth it. The T-series ARE very competent and durable machines!
And as it has been related several times - the keyboards are super!
