560 P133 - my uncle
765L P166MMX - a friend
570 P2-366- company
570E P3-450 - company (US)
T21 P3-800 - individual (US)
T23 P3-1133 - individual

Yes, the 765L was the most bulky by far (huge in fact, well it seemed so).
560 and 570 probably the slimmest, but I think the 570 was the smallest but
it was just a single spindle machine (only a hard disk built in) and the T2x
are only .3" thicker but have the Ultrabay 2000 built in.

The fan on the T23 flicks on and off, depending on system load, it's audible
when on, but not so its awful. Also - the hard disk is pretty silent bar
the usual hum that comes from it.

I'd say the 560 was the quietest, I never bought the 765L so I can't
remember, 570 was pretty quiet too.

I use the T23 as my primary DVD player and the fan has not distracted my
viewing.
