I too have been getting a bunch of these, and the global neighborhood thing
is quite evident, I receive between 6 to 12 of these emails each morning,
only in the morning. I would assume due to daily activities of somewhere
else on the globe the previous night for me.

Well, it sure didn't take long for MyD**m ("oo" intentionally omitted so
this email doesn't get itself flagged as a virus/worm) to show up here in
the good ol' US of A. My ISP's scanning system reported that earlier this
evening it intercepted an infected email addressed to me. The subject line
on it was simply "test".
