Ah, Thank god I have a CPiD333XT (ex-CPM233XT) here.
Ummm...Not sure about the 365s, but they should use the same memory format
as the ones in the tp560s. Basically any 64MB laptop EDO module on
eBay will do. BTW, If you really want to get more memory, the Latitude CP
series can do 256MB in total, but you'll be hard pressed to find those
expensive and rare 128MB EDO SODIMM modules. While you're at it, blow $20
on eBay to get yourself an MMC1 P2-300 CPU, grab the TR3 BIOS from
stonent's site (Google for it), flash that CPM to a CPiD, and swap that
P233MMX out for the P2-300. Best $20 laptop upgrade you'll ever spend.

Shoot for Cardbus/PCMCIA, but seriously, kiddo. You're really pushing
that Tecra 740 with a DVD drive installed since the PCMCIA will most
likely not do DMA mode data transfers (It'll be REAL anemic). You're
probably better off working with the Latitude.
