[Thinkpad] TP 770X Tuning

hi,

i have some questions about supported hardware for my tp 770X

1. what is the maximum size of ram i can use? is it really limited to 320
mb?
2. is there a way to replace the onboard memory in order to use pc 100 or
pc 133 modules? if so, are they supported at all?
3. what is the fastest cpu i can use with my 770X?
4. is there a combo drive or at least a cd writer for the 770X?
