[Thinkpad] Windows 2000

Can anyone advise if these OS installation instructions seem accurate.

I go through steps 1-5. But at step 5, there is no copying files as
it claims. And I get an error about a Smartdisk.

I looked up T23 Windows installation instructions, and they're
different. Just uses the CD.
