[Thinkpad] Drive options on T41p

The T41p comes with this standard:

DVD: CD-RW/DVD-ROM Combo 16X/10X/24X/8X Max

but then IBM offers these options. Since none is a DVD burner, is
there any reason to consider any of these? (Prices are C$)
