That's a shame, it works on the 560x. I just had to press F1 on boot and
select the card as a start up device.

Anyone who has loaded WIN95 using ONE floppy shouldn't be afraid to swap
out the hard drive.
As far as solid state drives go the same Silicon Tech 800 Mb IDE card
that I am using for my C: drive is still available on E-bay (Item #
2786053668) for $60.

800 Mb works fine for WIN98 Lite, I've still got 200 Mb free. I'd assume
WIN95 wouldn't require much more space.
All my data is on a 1 Gb CF card which I can remove and plug into my
other 560x or my desktop.
Running the solid state C: drive seems to help the battery life, I get
3-4 hours on the battery that was in the 560x when I bought it.
