Hello,

Is the modem based on Agere (née Lucent's) chipset? If so, you can
download the latest device drivers, V8.30, from here:

   <http://www.agere.com/support/client/modem_dinstruct.html>

I have a T23, too, FRU 2648-7LU. I was looking for a mini-PCI hardware-
based modem to replace the Lucent one, but decided not to after receiving
a 53Kbps connection in a hotel room.

Regards,
