I had a T20 that ran a 1 gig for quite a while. Then I replaced the CPU with
a 700 and sold it. Shortly thereafter the Mobo went bad (no idea why). When
I got it back from IBM with the new Mobo, I got the same behavior as MScott.
So......
It seems that some T20 can do 1 gig, some can not!
