[Thinkpad] FS: Bare drive unit for IBM Thinkpad DVD Multi Burner DVD-R/-RW/RAM

I happened to recently come into possession of a Panasonic DVD-RW/RAM
drive for laptops. It isn't what I was looking for, and since it's the exact unit
used in the IBM Thinkpad DVD Multi Burner (22P7015), I figured I might as well
offer it here before I eBayed it. It's almost brand new--I just took it out of the
packaging last week. DVD-R/-RW/RAM/ROM speed is 1x/1x/2x/8x, CD
speed is 16x/10x/24x. These are $500 new, and run $280-$300 on eBay
including caddy and bezel. This is a bare drive, so you'll need to use your
existing caddy and a bezel, so I am accordingly selling it a bit lower. $240
shipped or best offer takes the unit; I'll keep it available until late Friday.
