Should work absolutely fine, but don't expect P4 performance. Check
IBM.com for drivers.

Subject: [Thinkpad] 365XD Upgrade to W2K?

SPECS: 365XD
        2526-1E9

Thinking of upgrading my 365XD to W2K. (It does have the minimally
required P-133 CPU.) Does anyone know if there is a set of W2K drivers
for the W2K, or should it work with W98 ones? Does it actually make
sense to upgrade from W98SP1 to W2KSP4 on a 365XD? Assume the system
will be more stable; but will it degrade performance from W98S1? The
machine has 70 Mb RAM (w/ BIOS 1.1) and apparently meets the W2K system
minimal system requirements of a P-133 CPU. Anyone who's tried this?
Advice?

Larry
