Actually when I needed to replace the screen on this TP600 I got a
whole shell TP600. Unfortunately in taking the shell one apart (to
get the screen off) I busted the connector from the keyboard
assembly to the base. Couldn't do anything about it but I'm
guessing now I'm stuck. Oh well. I guess it means the difference
between a used 600 I can pass on to someone else in working order,
and one that I can't.
Thanks for the advice! When/if I get the new machine I'll dig
around with the kb on this one. Or use with an external I guess.
