Yes (several times).

Yes (and rechecked it).

Done yet again. I get the following when I try to connect,
it fails, and then I ask for help:
Connection Status: Disconnected
Cause: Obsolete driver version
Error Code: 034
Recommended Action: The current version of the wireless adapter driver
is not supported by
Access Connections. The minimum supported driver
version for 11 a/b/g
Wireless CardBus Adapter is 2.4.2.33. Update to
the latest or minimum
supported driver version.
If the problem persists, contact your network
administrator and provide the
trouble shooting information below.

The built-in miniPCI Intel Pro100 one. I use that at work until we get
wireless set up there (going slowly, especially with this). I'm trying
to set up wireless at home. That is the reason for trying Access Connections
(along with setting up profiles for various other connection points when I
travel and when we get it going at work, ...).

Doesn't work with my A21p (too old). It correctly detects the version of
Access Connections (2.73 before and 3.00 now).

Thanks for the help Deanna. I guess it is time to call IBM. I haven't
done that so far as I was put on hold for long delays various other times
with older Thinkpads.
It appears to me that Access Connections 3.00 doesn't correctly select
between the Cardbus and the built-in miniPCI versions of the IBM (made
by Actiontec for the Cardbus adapter) a/b/g adapters. Or maybe there
is a newer Cardbus driver but that doesn't match with the docs for 3.00
of Access Connections or the driver for the Cardbus adapter on the IBM
Web site (at least that I can find).
