EPP program means--but it seems that i am wrong and i need to re-state here:

i also don't think it wrong to ask whether there is anybody working for ibm and who are not.
it seems that some sharp-tongued persons don't want people to get to know their new friends through some experience.
well, i have a lot of friends: some of them i know off line and some of them on line.
people know their friends sometimes naturally and sometimes because of some specific stuff. but this does not hurt their friendship and even some further understanding.
they want to shut them somewhere; i don't.
