[Thinkpad] Memory for T23

Hi, All:

I just ordered a T23 with the SXGA screen. It is a refurbished model
(26479LU). ECost finally has it back in stock.

The model comes with a 48GB HD (5400 rpm?) but only 128MB of 133MHz memory
so I need to buy a 512MB stick. Where is the best place (other than IBM) to
buy compatible memory?

I have a Dell Latitude C610 with the same 512MB stick but that is from work.
