[Thinkpad] T40p 1GB RAM Upgrade

Hello,

I am looking for recommendations on good places to purchase 1GB ram upgrade
chips for a T40p. Right now my system has both slots filled with 512MB
chips and I am thinking of replacing both with 1GB chips. IBM seems to be
selling them for about $410 each. Has anyone found a more economical source
for these chips?
