[Thinkpad] thinkpad keyboard change?

Hi, first post on this list... ;-)

I'm looking into getting a T40p / T41p but I've seen that prices outside
my country are a LOT better. I.e: prices in Holland compared to prices
in Belgium are a lot lower.

So, I'm looking into buying the laptop in Holland instead of here hence
saving me about 1000€ (no kidding).

Now the question: how much would a keyboard replacement cost me? I've
found replacement INSTRUCTIONS and even the part-number I need (belgian
keyboard layout), but no-where on IBM's site do I seem to find prices
and/or ordering details.
