Yes, that's the I9990305 or something like it code. Basically its
failed to find a bootable drive on the IDE bus and it conks out.

A lot of those are 40pin IDE based, I have yet to find a 44pin variant,
as the 40 pin ones also need the power cable and I'm not about to hack
a cable to make it work.

Instead I have placed a bid for a cheap 2gig IDE drive, as I just
remembered the 560X will need a hard disk for MP3s until I can afford a
suitable compact flash card. (512MB or so)
