A while back at a place of work we recieved a bunch of
Playstation 2 development kits. They came with
various cables and RF magnets. The instructions went
something like this:

U.S. and Canada :
Attach one RF magnet to each cable.
WARNING: It is dangerous to operate the device without
the RF magnets attached!
UK, Europe and Japan :
Discard RF magnets.
---
Apparently Sony is not overly concerned with the
safety of it's European and Japanese developers.
