AW: [Thinkpad] confusion about BIOS and embedded controller updates forT4x series

Hi!
The Readme says you should install the Embedded Controller Program first
if you need to update both, Bios and EC.
I did it the other way around because I did not read that part at first
and it worked perfectly as well, so from my experience you cannot do
anything wrong. Anyway now that you know - you might want to proceed as
directed in the Readme.
