[Thinkpad] CF card reader and T23

Hi, all:

I have a problem with a USB Compact Flash card reader with my T23. If I plug in the reader alone, my T23 (XP Pro) recognizes the drive. However, as soon as I plug in a CF memory card, XP reports as unrecognized.

I tried the same routine on three other non-IBM computers (desktop and laptop) and the reader worked perfectly.

Has anyone noticed similar problem? I wonder if this is a hardware incompatibility issue with T23.
