I occasionally use a Megahertz XJ1144 card which has the "Xjack"
connection. A little square pops out and you plug your cable into it.
Not as rugged as a built in port but its worked for me and it only takes
one slot. With the jack retracted it's flush with the end of the card.
Not sure about OS2 drivers, if you're interested I can dig up the driver
disk and check.
