#1 - not really, it pretty much means disassembling the whole laptop,
although the display is easily removed.
It wouldn't be too hard to do, with patience and with the HMM handy, but
there's still a lot of varied screws, as long as you make sure you put all
the screws back in the right places, you should have no problems.

#2 - why not? $69.99 is a really good price for a potentially working
motherboard. If it's been refurbished, that probably means any broken
ram/video problems have been fixed.

#3 - nowhere that I know of, not with prices that aren't extortionate,
$69.99 is probably the best deal there is.
