Yes, you need a boot disk. you should be able to boot from a 98 CD, if you
have one. You need to install an Operating System (Windows).

I reformated my thinkpad with help from a friend who I thought new what he
was doing. Anyway I think Its reformated but when I start it, it says:

Invalid system disk
Replace the disk, and then press any key

Im not sure what to do. I think i need a boot disk or something
