All 2.5" IDE laptop hard drives are interchangeable, connector-wise.
The bare drives are standardized. There is always some type of ultrabay
adapter, tray, or pin adapter for actually inserting the drives into a
particular laptop model, but the drives themselves are alike. Since you
are getting the UltraBay adapter you will be set to use any recent 2.5"
laptop drive.

The only consideration that may make a drive incompatible with a
particular laptop is the drive's thickness. Some older 2.5" drives
(12.5mm or larger) may be too thick for late model laptops that are
sized for 9mm ones.
