History is littered with tales of displaced peoples. The Chinese have
no corner on that market. The world has moved on, even if you have not.

But, this is way off topic.

To include some Thinkpad content, I went and saw what I could get from
the competetion that was the equivalent of our T4x series corporate
standard. I was pretty surprised to see that Dell and HP are comparably
priced or even slightly more expensive.

IBM has better quality and comparable prices. Too bad they suck at
consumer marketing. :(
