I bought and paid for W2KLite but it never came.
If you delete IE does the deletion process also zap all of its hidden files?
The only serious problem with deleting IE with IEradicator (from same
author) is I lost the Quicklaunch facility. This is really useful for
putting the DT on the taskbar.
Ideas?

I'm not sure about the IE hidden files under Win98Lite.
Getting rid of them would certainly be consistent with LitePC's
philosophy but I've never been able to check.
The only computers I've ever run Win98Lite on were formatted with FAT32
and I only know how find the hidden IE files from DOS (they are hidden
in DOS 7.0).
When I reload the solid state 560x I might format it as FAT16 so that I
could boot it from a DOS 6.2 floppy. Then I could check for the IE
hidden files after uninstalling IE.
Sorry to hear that you didn't get Win2K Lite, I've had good service from
them in the past.
I'm only using XP and 2K since XP/2000 Lite came out.
Can't help you with Quicklaunch, that's a feature I haven't figured out yet.
