I have recently purchased an IBM Thinkpad model number
183494Q(R50E series).I have installed Redhat Linux 9.0.on
it.However,when I now try to recover my original
Windows XP installation from the hidden "protected"
partition, I get the following error:
"STOP c000021a(fatal system error).The session manager
initialization system process terminated unexpectedly
with a status of 0xc000003a."
Pls.suggest to me what steps I should
take to recover the original installation.The recovery CDs were not supplied
to me with the laptop & I am now unable to boot from
the "protected" recovery partition.I would like to have my original
preinstalled Windows XP installation as well as use Redhat Linux 9.0.
