600E: PCI, AGP 1X, PC100, 1024x768, 32MB on board, two RAM slots, IBM
says max RAM 288, others say 544, Max CPU it came with was PII 400,
but it should accept any MMC2 non-speedstep part.

600X: PCI, not sure about AGP speed, PC133, 1024x768, 64MB onboard, on
RAM slot, IBM says max RAM 320MB, Max CPU it came with was PIII 650
SpeedStep.
