The out of warranty service agreements are for busniness use only. I bought one and they emailed me asking for my business name!

These "Service Pacs" are available to both businesses and individuals. But
beware of the residency limitations! "Extended service contracts are not
available for sale in California, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, North
Carolina, Oklahoma, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Utah, Wisconsin and
Wyoming".
If the machine were still under warranty, then this page would apply:

ogId=-840&langId=-1&dualCurrId=73&categoryId=2362957&x=10&y=10
With the same residency limitations.
Regards,
James
