I could probably do it, after all I built a PC with a knife and teaspoon once (excellent tool for fitting heatsinks.... ;)) but I'm out of action at least until the end of July.
Ted Fraiter on this list is very skilled mind and I'm sure he'd offer you his services if he felt he could do so.
The bluetooth dongle and so forth isn't too difficult to fit.
As for the T23 sniffing out non-IBM MiniPCI WIFI cards, I also am lead to believe that marlarky only began with the T30; although the latest T23 BIOS may change that -- but I never got a chance to try before I let me T23 go.
