Nor is an allegation of possession necessary for a search warrant, only
information that there is reason to believe that evidence of a crime may be
found at a particular location. You've got at least one crime reported by
the victim, a very narrow description of property sought, reliable tracking
technology affixed to the victim's property. Nobody's accusing any
particular person of anything at this point. Where's the defect?
