Yes, true enough. But Courts are not in the business
of valuations, they their ambit of concern is on the
first available, most authoritative source of value.
So hardware value wins, even if unfairly.
Reason: Your data might be extremely valuable to you,
but I really don't give a toss about your balance
sheets. D'you see what I mean?
