[Thinkpad] Weird Ultranav behavior

Hi;
Just wondering if anyone has experienced this behavior with the Ultravav. I
have a T30. The left mouse button stopped working - a regular mouse plugged
in works as expected. I thought this might be hardware but when I changed
the left/right mouse button functions, the left mouse button now performs a
right-click and the right mouse button doesn't work.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled with the latest driver with no luck.
Any help would be appreciated
