[Thinkpad] Panasonic UJ-846-B burner

Is anybody selling these?
Will they work in a 600E or 600X ?
How about the earlier UJ-845 ?

Looks like this will do anything DVD-related (except cartridge
DVD-RAMs), all in a laptop bay. Amazing. How do they get the
lasers in there? Grin.
