does sound like a system problem, and T-20's are notorious for a heat
problem with the CPU
Re-seat the CPU and re-insulate it/ External conditions will have very
little effect on this.
Use a copper/brass shim if it is the original T20 fan - the thermal pad has
probably disintegrated.
