Everything appears to be fine and if you still see the Properties of C: to
show a capacity of just 34GB then I do not know where this display is
finding that apparently incorrect information.
One additional test: Get a Command Prompt (in Programs/Accessories) and
type DIR and tell what the number in final line as "bytes free" shows. If
that number is reassuringly large (over 30,000,000,000) this should
reassure you. Also try the command CHKDSK which may take a few minutes.
Ignore any errors which may just reflect open files and see what is shown
as "total disk space" and "available on disk". Note: those numbers are in
KB unlike the Bytes count in the DIR display.
