You don't need a new drive caddy unless you want to be swapping between
drives fast, without the screwing and unscrewing. They use a thin broad
double-sided tape. Unless it's changed its nature over time the glue on
these should "creep" such that prolonged modest pressure will cause it to
separate, albeit slowly, where using more pressure may bend the tray.
