Sadly this sort of notice can not accomplish what it's intended to do.
Unless perhaps you want to claim what you wrote is a literary work and
thus worthy of some protection. But you'd have a hard time making that
assertion in court.

In other words there is no protection at all against copying this stuff.
Unfortunately the only protection we have is to just not post, period.
