[OmniBook] Diagnostic tools and recovery CD ? Where to find ?

Dear Sirs,

I use to buy second hand HP Omnibook series laptop, because I usually
like them for sure. But I never managed to have anyone with the recovery
CD, and no any one with the Diagnostic tools working.
Can anyone say me if possible to have these CD somewhere ? Or is this so
secret disks that we cannot find anywhere about how to find and / or
install these diagnostic tools on HP laptops ?

For info, I have actually again OB6000, XE3 and XE4500.
